February is often framed as a month of romance, performance, and perfection. This Goddess Circle invites you to explore love differently, as a relationship with yourself that can hold you through every season of life.

In this circle, we’ll work with the wisdom of two powerful goddesses, Aphrodite and Persephone, whose stories offer a deeper, more honest understanding of self-love.

This Goddess Circle is a sacred, supportive space for reflection, connection, and integration. Through mythic storytelling, discussion, journaling, optional sharing, and an activating guided meditation, you’ll be invited to explore what self-love looks like in your own life right now, without judgment and without pressure to be anything other than you are.

No prior experience with goddess work is required. All levels of spiritual curiosity are welcome.

March Empress Circle: Chakra Renewal in the Healing Waters

This Empress Circle is a floating ritual for release, alignment, and deep restoration. Slip into the heated saltwater pool, and allow the water to hold you while you soften into blissful relaxation.

We open outside the pool introductions and gentle intention setting. You’ll be guided through a relaxing meditation to calm your nervous system.

Experience a full chakra blessing with singing bowls, affirmations, and sound frequencies that travel through the water and into your body.

Floating amplifies the effects of the bowls, so the healing tones can support your nervous system, emotional regulation, and energetic alignment.

High Priestess Circle: Smoke, Stretch and Restore

Step into an evening designed for deep rest, intuitive awakening, and sacred recalibration. This High Priestess Circle is a cannabis-friendly restorative ritual that blends journaling, intentional smoking, meditation, and gentle bodywork to help you unwind your nervous system and return to your inner sanctuary.

You will begin by crafting your own ritual pre-roll using cannabis and supportive smokable herbs. This slow and mindful blending process sets the tone for the night. Once we smoke together, the plant medicine softens the edges of the mind so you can settle into presence and open the intuitive channels that are often drowned out by daily noise.

We continue with grounding breathwork and gentle intention setting that prepares your body to release tension and receive healing. From there, the space unfolds into a restorative yoga journey using bolsters, blankets, and long-held poses that invite the body to melt, soften, and unravel. This practice is about permission rather than performance. Nothing to push toward. Nothing to prove. Your only job is to rest and receive.

Throughout the evening, Liz will offer optional hands-on Reiki and energetic support to help you sink even deeper into repair and restoration. The combination of cannabis, restorative stillness, and Reiki creates a powerful alchemical process that quiets the mind, regulates the nervous system, and strengthens your connection to your inner voice.

We close with a guided meditation and reflective journaling to anchor the insights that rise through the practice. This circle is designed to help you reconnect with your intuition, reclaim your energy, and remember the truth of who you are beneath exhaustion, expectation, and noise.

You will walk away feeling softer, clearer, more spacious, and held by your own inner wisdom.
